The soil in my garden is heavy clay. This makes it difficult to work as it is baked hard in summer and too waterlogged in the winter. These are my gardening notes and thoughts as well as notes on garden visits.

Well you might become a vegetarian if you saw this little lamb. Adjacent to West Dean Gardens in Sussex.
